Alan Luo anche conosciuto come Show Luo, Show o Xiao Zhu, è nato il 30 Luglio 1979, ed è un artista taiwanese. Dobbiamo usare la parola artista perchè eccelle sia come cantante, che come presentatore, ballerino, attore ed anche come doppiatore.
Inoltre suona il piano e la batteria. Parla il mandarino, il taiwanese e il giapponese.
Ha una straordinaria capacità di apprendimento....si può dire che è unico.
E' alto 181 cm e pesa 65 kg. Per hobby colleziona cappelli, jeans e scarpe sportive.
DEBUTTO
Show iniziò a suonare la batteria all'età di 3 anni e da bambino si esibì con i suoi genitori. Vinse un secondo premio in una gara di canto all'età di 7 anni.
Nel 1996, debuttò ufficialmente con i ''Four Heavenly Kings'' con l'album "Cha-Cha Dance Floor"; il gruppo fu abbastanza attivo, infatti prima di sciogliersi nel 1998, pubblicano altri 4 album ("Hei Na Wo A Carnival", "I like", "Sweet" e "The number One"). Lo stesso anno, Show si unì alla band 'ROMEO',e debutta con "Cats to Caterwaul". Pubblicano poi "Move up".
Nel 2000 la band si scioglie.
Nel 2003, Show debutta da solista e pubblica il suo primo album ''Show Time'', catturando i suoi fans con hip hop, R&B, e ballate, collaborando anche con star del calibro di Jolin Tsai, Jay Chou, e Joey Yung.
Lancia il suo secondo album "Expert Show" il 22 Ottobre 2004.
Il 14 Ottobre del 2005, Show rilascia il suo terzo album "Hypnosis SHOW". Collabora con Jolin Tsai con la canzone ''zhen ming tian zi'' e invita Barbie Hsu a parteciapre al suo video 'Self-Hypnotised'.
Alla fine dell'anno Show tiene il suo primo concerto all'Arena di Taipei (durante il concerto pianse mentre cantava ''Strength'' che gli ricordava il padre morto da poco*). Il concerto fu un grosso successo.
Il 17 Novembre 2006, Show rilascia il suo quarto album ''SPESHOW''.
Il significato di SPESHOW è che ci sono molti brani e video 'speciali' nell'album.
Nel video ''The Dance Gate'', Show prova ancora una volta che sa ballare veramente bene, mostrando differenti stili. ''The Dance Gate'' è un remake di una canzone di James Dean (I Wanna Know) scritta da Daniel Bedingfield.
Show invitò Ariel Lin, l'attrice taiwanese, per il video ''Good Friends''. I Mando-pop fans (fans della musica il cui testo è in Mandarino) gradirono il fatto che Show cantasse anche in inglese, come ha fatto in ''Twinkle'', un duetto con la cantante giapponese Kumi Koda. Inoltre, Simon Webbe ha duettato con Show in ''King's Game''.
Ultima ma non meno importante, Show compose la melodia per la canzone ''Narcissism''.
La vendita dell'ultimo album è stata superiore delle precedenti. In meno di una settimana la star taiwanese ha venduto 400,000 copie.
Nel giugno 2007, è passato dalla casa discografica Avex Trax alla EMI Capitol Records.
Il giorno della conferenza, Show era scioccato ma felice di haver ricevuto un video dal suo idolo Aaron Kwok, che gli augurava il maggior successo possibile con la nuova casa discografica.
La EMI Capitol Records ha pianificato di mandare Show all'estero per imparare di più sul ballo.
Il 9 giugno 2007 a Shanghai è iniziato il suo tour. Le Twins sono state invitate come ospiti per cantare ''Expert Lover'' insieme a Show. Il tour è continuato fino al 30 giugno in Nanjing, con Jolin Tsai come ospite. Il tour è stato ripreso in autunno fino alla fine dell'anno per passando per tutta la Cina.
Show ha realizzato la versione in cinese della colonna sonora di "High School Musical 2", che ha avuto un grande successo.
Il 13 Novembre 2007 pubblica il suo quinto album "Yi Zhi Du SHOW", un album che davvero ha trasmesso, anche stavolta, il talento di questo personaggio. Il suo stile di ballo va a migliorare, essendo stato a New York.
2008
Nell'estate del 2008 va in onda il drama, "Basketball Fire" o "Hot Shot", che ha proprio Xiao Zhu come uno dei protagonisti..
2009
nel 2009 Show vince il primo premio come Singapore Entertainment Awards, una competizione dove parteciparono star come JJ Lin e Stephanie Sun. Ha partecipato anche all' Asia Music Festival in Korea, dove si è anche esibito.
Per quanto riguarda i drama quest'anno è statto l'anno di "Hi my sweetheart" nel quale Show era il protagonista insieme a rainie yang. Il drama ha riscosso tantissimo successo.
2010
Show rinnova il suo contratto con la casa discografica "Gold Typhoon Records".
In estate Show inizia il suo nuovo concerto "Wu fa Wu tian" che gira quasi tutta la Cina.
Nel Dicembre del 2010 Show pubblica il suo secondo libro "Lo-Gic" che tratta della vita della vita di Show e il suo rapporto con sua madre,unica figura rimastagli dopo la scomparsa del padre.
2011
Nel febbraio del 2011 Show pubblica il suo ottavo album intitolato "Only for you",posizionandosi subito nei primi posti in classifica.
Successivamente Show inizia il suo nuovo tour di concerti in Asia "Encore world tour 2011";si fermerà in Cina, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia.
2012
Show Lo gira un mini- film con Rainie Yang in Australia;
Il 15 febbraio 2012 show pubblica il suo primo singolo giapponese "Dante";
Nel mese di Aprile pubblica il suo NONO album intitolato "9ood Show ",
Successivamente il 20 giugno dello stesso anno pubblica il suo 2° EP giapponese "magic"
A Settembre 2012 Show pubblica il suo primissimo album interamente in giapponese "THE SHOW"
( * la famiglia di Show è composta solo dalla madre. Come detto prima, il padre è morto nel 2005. )
